Two supported property models
Rental Portal currently enables long-term RV parks and manufactured-home communities. Other residential and commercial property types remain marked as coming soon in the product.
Rental Portal does not yet have verified public customer stories to publish. Instead of filling this page with anonymous praise, we are showing what operators can evaluate today and the standard every future story will have to meet.
These are product and packaging facts, not customer outcomes. A walkthrough should let your team test each one against a real operating scenario.

Properties, lots or sites, residents, leases, rent records, documents, notices, and messages share operating context. Maintenance management is available on Pro and Enterprise.
Organization-wide, assigned-property, read-only, maintenance, and tenant access are separate. The Tenant role is limited to its own tenancy information.
The Pricing page publishes plan rates, capacity, maintenance availability, and technology fees while leaving unresolved billing policies explicitly unresolved.
Bring one live workflow and ask the product to show both the work and the boundary around it. That is more useful than a wall of five-star icons.
Ask to see a property created, staff responsibility separated, and owner-only controls kept distinct from daily administration.
Follow one resident from site and lease context into rent, documents, messages, and a service need without leaving the property scope.
Verify that the useful financial and tenancy context remains visible while record-changing actions stay unavailable.
On Pro or Enterprise, inspect request context, assignment, status, and history while unrelated organization controls remain out of scope.
Check the resident view for their own balance, payments, lease information, documents, messages, and maintenance access when the plan supports it.
The structure is ready. The endorsements are not. We will not blur that distinction while the customer evidence is being built.
Confirm the customer, their role, their organization, and permission to publish before a quote appears here.
Name the property model, portfolio shape, workflow evaluated, and product period so the reader knows what the feedback applies to.
A customer opinion can stand on its own. A time, cost, collection, or service result needs a stated measurement source and date.
Do not turn one customer's result into a universal promise, and do not imply a planned capability was part of the reviewed product.
